Our Chardonnay has been a defining part of our winery for years, and the experience we have gathered with this variety now comes together in an exceptional vintage with special use of oak.
This wine:
– is made from selected fruit,
– was matured in French oak barrels,
– and carries in every sip the elegance and minerality of the Sopron wine region.
On the nose, subtle oak notes appear alongside ripe stone fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is complex, rich and long, yet fresh and lively.
This is not a “simple Chardonnay”.
This is a Selection – a deliberately composed, layered wine, born of experience, growth and passion.
